የ2016 ዓ.ም. የኢሰመኮ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ፊልም ፌስቲቫል በሕይወት የመኖር መብት እና በቂ የሆነ መኖሪያ ቤት የማግኘት መብት ላይ የሚያተኩር ሲሆን፣ ኅዳር 30 ቀን የሚውለው የዘንድሮ ዓለም አቀፍ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ቀን ዓለም አቀፉን የሰብአዊ መብቶች መግለጫ 75ኛ ዓመት የሚታሰብበት ዝግጅት በመሆኑ ልዩ ያደርገዋል፤ ሁሉም ሰው በውድድሩ እንዲሳተፍ እና ሂደቱን እንዲከታተል ተጋብዟል
Persons with disabilities (PwDs) in Ethiopia, face numerous challenges including lack of access to education, health care, employment, social protection, and discrimination due to attitudinal barriers prevalent in the community
ለተፈናቃዮች መቅረብ የጀመረው የምግብ ድጋፍ ተፈናቃዮች የሚገኙበትን አሳሳቢ ሁኔታ በሚመጥን ደረጃ ሊጠናከር ይገባል

አባል ሀገራት አካል ጉዳተኞች ራሳቸውን ችለው እንዲኖሩና በሁሉም የሕይወት ዘርፎች ሙሉ በሙሉ እንዲሳተፉ ለማስቻል ከሌሎች ጋር በእኩልነት የከበባያዊ፣ የመጓጓዣ፣ የመረጃና የተግባቦት ቴክኖሎጂዎችን እና ሥርዓቶችን ጨምሮ ተደራሽ እንዲሆኑላቸው ተገቢ እርምጃዎችን ሊወስዱ ይገባል
የአካል ጉዳተኞች አካቶ ስልቱ ኢሰመኮ የሚያከናውናቸውን ሥራዎች ለአካል ጉዳተኞች የበለጠ ተደራሽ ለማድረግ እና አካታች ለመሆን ይረዳል
የታራሚዎችን፣ የተጠርጣሪዎችን እና የጾታዊ ጥቃት ተጎጂዎችን መብቶች ለመጠበቅ የባለድርሻ አካላት ትብብር ያስፈልጋል
